These website terms apply to your use of luxurytravelagency.co. Luxury Travel Agency is a brand of Luxury Tours Agency LLC. A confirmed trip may also be governed by a separate proposal, invoice or booking agreement; if those documents conflict with these website terms, the booking-specific terms control.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business travel enquiries. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or copy its content for commercial use without written permission.

Travel requests and proposals

Website content is general information, not a binding offer. Prices, routes, hotels and services are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed. A trip becomes binding only when the stated deposit or payment has been received and we issue written confirmation.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Payment schedules, cancellation charges, refund conditions and change fees will be stated in the applicable proposal or booking terms. Supplier rules may also apply. Bank, card, currency and third-party fees may be non-refundable.

Traveler responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler and contact information.
• Check passports, visas, entry rules, health requirements and insurance needs.
• Review confirmations promptly and report errors.
• Follow local laws and reasonable supplier instructions.
• Arrive on time for confirmed services.

Suppliers and changes beyond our control

Hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides and other independent suppliers deliver many travel services. We coordinate those services but do not control their day-to-day operations. Weather, government action, strikes, health events, natural events and other circumstances may require changes. We will provide reasonable assistance, but additional costs may be the traveler’s responsibility unless the booking terms or applicable law state otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Luxury Tours Agency LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a traveler, an independent supplier, or events outside reasonable control.

Intellectual property and external links

The website design, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party websites or their terms.
